Yoga and Pilates Classes

With more then 50 classes over our five venues we love how our group classes allow you the motivation of being in a group with the flexibility of where and when you come to class and knowing that every class will be adapted to you. Classes run throughout public and school holidays. Arguably the best value group classes in Christchurch; each student has their own profile and is encouraged to have a free Wellbeing review throughout their journey with us.

One-on-One Personal Training

With double majors in Sports Science and Exercise Prescription and Rehab, papers in nutrition, physiology and psychology and over 17 years in the health and wellbeing industry, Rebecca has truckloads of experience and knowledge which she couples with an innate knack of catering exactly to your needs on any given day and time.

Workplace Wellbeing

We travel throughout Canterbury to different workplaces and provide not only Yoga and Pilates classes but also Workshops (covering everything from nutrition to stress management and everything in between), Wellbeing Reviews and Challenges.

Since we charge for our time rather than per person, we provide great value as well as experience and expertise. Our huge experience means we ensure that you get the best bang for your buck!
