It is a completly free profile.

Do I have to make a booking to attend class?
While it is not necessary to book in ahead of time we want you to book in for a number of reasons:
1. So you make an appointment for your health
2. So we have space; yes, our classes do book out and we like everyone to have space
3. So we can prepare for you; we literally do.
Knowing a newbie is coming, what they want from a class and whether they have any issues is priceless for us!!
How early should I get to my first class?
Please arrive ten minutes early.
We will get you to fill in an initial screen so we can get to know you better and improve your experience.
If you come earlier our doors may be locked; due to our venues it is safest for our class if we keep the entrances locked, but don’t worry we’ll spot you and show you were to go to let you in.
What are your prices?
We have a great option for anyone wanting to try us out, $49 for two weeks of unlimited classes! For those two weeks you can come to as many classes as you would like at any of our locations. This will give you a great opportunity to meet all of our teachers, see all of our spaces, and get your practice off to a strong start! The intro pack also gives you a free initial consultation, online library of poses, and unlimited classes.
After you finish with your intro package, we offer a bunch of other package options designed to suite our student’s needs.
What do I need to bring?
You don’t need to bring anything!
We provide ALL equipment free of charge including mats, but feel free to bring your own.
Please wear clothes that you are comfortable to exercise in and that are respectful to the teacher and the other members of the class. Keep in mind that you may come into possitions that will possibly slide your shirt or shorts around. Most people do the class in bare feet or grippy socks. Please bring a bottle of water in case you get thirsty.
Can I cancel a class after I have signed up for it?
Yes, you can cancel any booked classes up to 2 hours before the class is scheduled to start. If you need to cancel closer to the class time please ring 03 972 5452.
How do I pay?
We accept credit cards, online bank transfers and direct debits. All services can be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly, as directed by you. All accounts need to be settled by the completion of service.
I'm injured, what should I do?
First of all contact us – we have a range of options for you from catering to your injury directly, placing your classes on hold or working with your physio or other treatment provider if they believe yoga and/or Pilates is a good option for your recovery.
Keep us up to date with how you are going. We love to know how you are feeling so we can cater the class to your needs.
I have a membership but am going on holiday, what should I do?
If you won’t be able to attend classes for a length of time we can put your account on hold for $10. Just contact us with the length of time you will be away (first and last date) and we will pause your account between your requested dates. You can even do this yourself on your online portal or app.
