Whether you’re travelling, or just when you don’t want to leave the house, we have you covered. Class sizes are still kept small, so we can personalise each class to members’ needs and abilities.

With small restricted class numbers and the ability to watch you, we are able to cue and adjust you with verbal and physical cues just like a real class.

I just want to share how much I am enjoying classes.
I’m finding all of the teachers incredibly knowledgeable on the body and they explain what the exercises are doing for the different body parts.
I love the clear instructions and options and is very encouraging – just fantastic – gosh what a find!
The teachers are all so lovely and give such a great range of exercises and flows.
