Kasey

Our life is a precious gift that deserves to be nurtured, cherished, and brought into a state of harmonious balance. Kasey believes that true wellness extends beyond the body, encompassing the profound connection between mind, body and spirit. And that in order to obtain harmony and balance, practice must be regular, intuitive, and technically informed.

Kasey has over 10 year’s experience in the health and fitness industry with a background in exercise science, personal training, Pilates, Yoga, and massage. Kasey has a special interest in movement as therapy, relieving pain, and enhancing functional movement and posture. Kasey’s classes are mindful, practical, attentive, and easily adapted to suit the needs of the individual.
