Mohit

Mohit was born into a yogic family where yoga and spirituality are a way of life. For Mohit, yoga goes beyond the connection of body, breath, and mind—it’s about cultivating balance and harmony across all dimensions of life.

Though he began practicing yoga in childhood, his true transformation came through a Yoga Teacher Training at Sivananda Yoga Vidya Peetham in Kerala, under the guidance of enlightened gurus. This experience deepened his spiritual path and strengthened his commitment to living with humanity, spirituality, and yogic values.

Specialized in Hatha Yoga, Mohit offers a range of yoga sessions focused on breathing techniques, yogic subtle exercises, yoga asanas trailed to the need of the students, deep physical, mental, and spiritual relaxation, and meditation. He guides students through simple yet intense asanas in a flowing and energizing way that enhances flexibility and invokes a sense of divine energy.

With over eight years of experience, Mohit has taught at various yoga studios, offered private sessions, organized retreats and workshops, led yoga treks in the Himalayas, and shared his yogic wisdom with school and university students in Kathmandu, Nepal—creating a meaningful impact through his grounded and student centered approach to teaching.
