I can’t quite believe it’s been a year but when I think how unhealthy and unfit I was when I started compared to how I am now, its amazing what a difference a year makes. I was diagnosed with arthritis and decided no pills, I would take yoga instead.

I love the classes. I think it’s important to go to all the teachers to find what style works for you. I’ve found strength training best for me. I love feeling stronger, straighter and so much more toned. I also did the Meditation course which I loved. My yoga has improved so much now I can link the two practices.

I would totally recommend Adapted Yoga to anyone looking or needing a fitness or health regime. The support and guidance from the instructors is amazing. I’ve got to know other class members who are very friendly. Everyone is so supportive it’s a pleasure to go to class.
